Camping is an outdoor experience. As such, we do not give refunds due to discomforts of nature or for early departures. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work, schedules, or other situations affecting our guests.
14 days or more advance notice prior to arrival date: Refund less $25.00 processing fee per cabin or refunds can be applied towards future reservation if rebooking within the same season (must meet minimum night requirement–one reschedule permitted).
13 days or less notice prior to arrival date: Forfeiture of one night deposit per cabin unless the cabin is successfully rebooked and rented by another guest. A $25.00 processing fee will apply if refund is applicable.
24 hours or less notice: No Refunds and No credit toward future reservations.
Cancellation Policy for One or Two Shelters
14 Days or More Advance Notice Prior to Arrival Date: Refund less $10.00 processing
fee per shelter or funds can be applied towards future reservation if rebooking
within the same season (must meet minimum night requirement-
13 Days or Less Advance Notice: Forfeiture of one night deposit per shelter unless shelter is successfully rebooked and rented by another guest. A $10.00 processing fee per shelter will apply if refund is applicable.
24 Hours or Less Advance Notice: No Refunds and No Credit toward future reservations.
