Fishing with a pre-weighted float involves attaching a weighted float to the fishing line, which helps to keep the bait at a specific depth in the water. The weight of the float is pre-determined based on the desired fishing depth and the weight of the bait. When the float is cast into the water, it will sink to the predetermined depth and stay there, allowing the bait to be presented at the right level for the targeted fish. This method is particularly useful for fishing in deeper waters or when targeting fish that are known to be at a specific depth. **
