It's difficult to say for certain whether your friend will go camping with you as it depends on their personal preferences, schedule, and any other commitments they may have. The best approach would be to directly ask your friend if they are interested in joining you on the camping trip and discuss the details together to see if it aligns with their plans. Communication is key in making plans with friends, so reach out to them and see if they are up for the adventure! **

Additionally, visiting the lake beforehand to scout out potential fishing spots can increase your chances of having a successful fishing trip. **

Fishing itself is not inherently animal cruelty, as it is a common and regulated activity for obtaining food and recreation. However, the treatment of the fish during and after the catch can determine whether it is considered cruel. It is important to handle the fish with care, minimize suffering, and follow local regulations for catch and release. Ultimately, the ethical treatment of the fish and the intention behind the fishing activity will determine whether it is considered cruel. **
